Orly Androgynie

Hello everyone!

Today I have for you Orly's Androgynie! Its a beautiful black based polish with tiny goldish glitter and larger multicolored hexagonal glitters. In the bottle it is amazing and on the nail it is very pretty but I can't say that I was ecstatic about it. First I'm going to insert a bottle picture so that you can see the difference between the bottle and the nail.

As you can see, it is STUNNING in the bottle and I was so excited to put it on. When I had finished painting my nails, top coat and everything, I was disappointed. The hexagonal glitters are a lot more sparse on the nail and the black base almost seems to be a little too heavy and covers up the brightness of the glitter. I hope that makes sense. I will now put in the pictures of the nails so you can see the difference clearly.

They really are quite different. Don't get me wrong I still loved it on my nails. It was beautiful but it wasn't what I thought it was going to be and just wasn't as exciting. I hope you guys have a wonderful evening!

NOTD!!!!

Hey everyone!!!!!!!

A few days ago I wore this mani and LOVED it! It's POP Beauty's Ultraviolet as the base color with Glitter In My Stocking, which is Nicole by OPI, as an accent nail. My camera was having the hardest time ever picking up the color of Ultraviolet so I'm going to link to my Jo'Mina post, here,  because they are pretty much dupes.

I could not stop staring at my nails and got a ton of compliments from complete strangers. I was so excited about it!

Both of these colors really really impressed me. The formula for both was great and the glitter had so much dimension! If you find either of these snatch them up. You wont be disappointed!!

My first Deborah Lipmann polish! :)

Hey everyone!!

I tried out my first DL polish, Across the Universe, and I LOVE it! This was all thanks to a follower who left a comment recommending DL polishes and I'm so glad she did!! She was spot on so thank you!!! Application was awesome especially for a glitter. It took three coats and only 1 coat of Seche Vite on top to smooth it out!! I got this off eBay for $13 dollars which I was pretty happy about as well!! If you guys are wanting to try one of her polishes out I suggest this one. There is just such great depth and sparkle to it. It's a navy blue jelly base with small blue shimmers/tiny glitter (not sure what to classify it as completely) and larger blue and green hex glitter. I'm sure you guys have all seen swatches before of this one but here are mine :) as always you can click on the pictures to see them larger. Enjoy :)

You can really see the small blue shimmers in this one above, they just give that little something extra to the polish that makes the cost worth it.
I really adore this nail polish!! It sparkles even more in person! I hope you guys are all doing great! Talk to you soon!

Milani One Coat Glitter In Silver Dazzle

Hi everyone!!
Welcome back, today I thought that I would show you a nail polish that I've had for a while but continue to love.
Its called Silver Dazzle and its one of Milani's one coat glitters that came out this past winter/new year. It is nothing near a usual silver glitter though. Its a gray, silver, with a blue tint, and some black glitter. It is unreal! It looks incredibly 3D because of the variation in colors.
I believe they do still sell these at CVS, but if not I checked and as of right now they still have some on eBay for pretty reasonable pricing. That is where I get a lot of my nail polishes and have never had any problems.
Although the bottle says one coat, I chose to do two thin coats so that it was more manageable. As usual, glitters can be hard to work with but this one really paid off. I love it!
I hope that you all enjoyed. Thanks for reading!!
